Also later as you get into it, you may very well find that enema with it does a better job to really heal you.

Same thing happened to me when I started with 300-350ml water. Then, on the next batch i used 250ml water and it worked out perfect to at least 3000ppm. (Also, i did change the jar, not that that made any difference, but i used a pint jar with a plastic screw on lid that has a white rubber (probably silicone) gasket.)

From what i remember reading, because of the location of the prostate, the effective way to use CDS for it was through enemas. (but also the regular use of it, like protocol A, B, or C was also good for general care.
